At Mxc Art Co, we take pride in the quality of our artwork and products. Because each item is carefully created, packaged, and shipped, all sales are final. Please review our policy below before completing your purchase.

1. No Refunds

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

2. Exchange Eligibility

We offer exchanges only in the following situations:

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your item arrived damaged

  • Your item arrived defective

To qualify for an exchange:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • You must provide photos of the issue (wrong item, damage, or defect)

3. Exchange Process

If your exchange request is approved:

  • We will provide instructions for returning the item

  • Once the original item is received and inspected, we will ship the replacement

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours

4.Non‑Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be exchanged:

  • Custom or personalized artwork

  • Digital downloads

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Items damaged due to customer handling

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
